For recruitment agencies
The brief is done and the fee is fixed. Send candidates with your reasoning, and get paid when they get signed.
Companies hiring through Passa
How it works from your desk
Four moments of your attention. Everything between them is worked by the approved agencies.
Anatomy of a brief
This is what an approved agency opens. Nothing is held back until you commit.
MUST-HAVES
The employer writes what a candidate needs, in their own words. Nothing is rewritten, so you know what they will accept before you source .
WHY IT'S OPEN
A short note on what the role is for: a new team, a replacement, a first hire. Context you would normally have to ask for.
PROCESS
The interview stages, and how long the employer takes to reply at each one. You know the pace before you put a candidate forward.
SUBMISSION WINDOW
Whether the brief stays open until filled or closes on a date. If the employer closes it early, the status changes here.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU SUBMIT
Your candidate goes to the employer with your note on why they fit. Feedback comes back inside Passa, not by email.

What stays yours
Your candidates remain yours.
Passa does not build a candidate pool out of what you submit, and does not approach your candidates for other roles.
The candidate is never charged.
Not by Passa and not by you. That holds for every role on the platform, without exception.
Duplicates are settled by the timestamp.
If two agencies submit the same candidate, the submission recorded first inside Passa is the one that counts.
Questions recruiters actually ask
Can my agency be turned down?
Yes. Approval is a decision, not a formality. We look at what you recruit for, whether your registration is current, and whether the markets you cover match the roles employers are publishing. Not every agency that applies is approved.
What does verification actually check?
Does joining cost anything?
Am I competing with every other agency on the platform?
Do I have to take a brief once I can see it?
