Terms of service
Last updated TO CONFIRM. This page is a structure, not a contract. The binding terms are supplied by Passa and reviewed by counsel before publication.
1. Agreement to these terms
TO CONFIRM — Passa to supply the clause covering acceptance of the terms and the entity a user contracts with.
2. The service
TO CONFIRM — Passa to describe what the platform does, and what it does not undertake to deliver.
3. Fees and payment
TO CONFIRM — Passa to supply the fee, the event that triggers it, the invoice terms and the payment window.
TO CONFIRM — Passa to state whether any replacement or refund period applies. Until this clause exists, no page on the site may claim a guarantee.
4. Obligations of companies
TO CONFIRM — Passa to supply what a hiring company commits to, including how candidate introductions may be used.
5. Obligations of recruiters
TO CONFIRM — Passa to supply what a recruiter in the network commits to, including consent and data handling for candidates they submit.
6. Candidates
TO CONFIRM — Passa to supply the position of candidates, who is never charged, and how a candidate withdraws.
7. Liability
TO CONFIRM — Passa to supply the limitation of liability, reviewed by counsel.
8. Termination
TO CONFIRM — Passa to supply how either party ends the relationship and what survives.
9. Governing law
TO CONFIRM — Passa to confirm the governing law and the venue for disputes. Passa AS is based in Oslo, Norway.
